We cordially invite you to join us at NYSORA’s 11th Annual Symposium on Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management, September 22 – 23, 2012.

The need for a comprehensive annual review of developments in regional anesthesia is obvious. The subspecialty of regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine has been dramatically transformed over the past several years necessitating constant updates in pharmacology, technique, practice protocols, as well as indications and clinical considerations. The introduction of ultrasound in clinical practice has made the subspecialty more precise and intricate. Nerve blocks facilitate pain management, fast tracking, promotion of early mobilization, decreased hospital stay, and may reduce overall healthcare costs. Attending NYSORA conferences help delegates stay up-to-date in the field by reviewing the new or updated knowledge in regional anesthesia.
